Stefanie founded Sage HR Advisors, LLC to deliver strategic and operational HR support for hedge funds and investment management firms, with a focus on smaller firms and start-ups that need experienced leadership without a full in-house department. She serves both new and established firms seeking short- and long-term solutions, domestically and internationally.
Stefanie partners directly with leadership teams across the full HR function — sourcing, setting up, and administering benefits and payroll (including 401(k) plans), talent acquisition, onboarding and terminations, compensation review and planning, year-end review, employee relations and conflict resolution, and the organization of employee files and documentation. She also develops the policies and procedures firms need to maintain legal compliance, and coordinates immigration processes such as securing visas and green cards. Alongside HR, Stefanie provides administration and office management support.
She guides firms through transitions such as M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration, aligning systems, policies, and culture while maintaining compliance and clear communication. Throughout, her services are tailored to the individual goals of each firm.
